The product is beautiful however this particular mug was broken upon arrival. Not your fault though. I just need to reorder the mug with Jaboris name on it. Truly love each mug

I needed a gift idea for ages 7-16. I ordered 6 of these mugs, one for each of the kids coming to my house for Christmas Eve. I filled each with a hot chocolate packet and candy, wrapped them in oversized treat bags with ribbon, and they came out perfect!

As soon as it came in broken I called the number and the sweet lady in customer service immediately apologized and put in an order for another coffee mug to replace the one that came in broken. I got a confirmation email right away and a few hours later received an email that the replacement had shipped.
