Ordering online was quite easy. Chose economy shipping and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived. Each mug was in it's own box and all were packaged very well. I can’t speak to the long-term wear of these mugs, but having just received them in the mail for Christmas gifts, they look really nice, and each mug came in its own separate box so that makes it nice for wrapping.
