Exactly what I expected.

we absolutely love the gift we purchased for our daughters 25th anniversary. the processing was very quick and shipped to us before the date we were notified. The only change I would have liked is the engraving be a little larger. But the item was very beautiful.

I noticed that my Son did not have a clock in his living room. I thought this would be the perfect center piece for his Fireplace Mantle. He was so overjoyed when he saw the engraving that it brought him tears. The perfect gift for your dresser or your work station

Received first engraved clock and immediately reviewed with high marks. Upon gift wrapping, noticed the position of the clock was a bit off. Called and advised 2 small screws on the back would adjust. One of the screws was stripped and would not turn. Called back, letting them know the problem and it was an anniversary gift I needed quickly and they immediately offered to replace and the new, perfect clock, was received in 3 days. So appreciated the new lovely clock and their excellent service.

This was purchased as an anniversary gift. It turned out beautifully and highly recommend. Service was great and very prompt.

I ordered this as a memorial for one of our deceased family members who was a significant part of our family reunions. Beautiful and well-liked. The reason for not awarding it 5 stars is that I had difficulty inserting an AA battery. I couldn't completely get it into the slot.

It was a great purchase! It looks really good and feels like a good deal! The only thing is that one of the clocks did not work when I installed the battery! The second hand was loose! I tried to reach customer service and did get a reply, but they only suggested to install an AA battery (that was not the solution to the problem). Overall, I do recommend it but maybe order a few extra in case one of them doesn't work.

I love how the product came out. Classy and a nice home. Decor. However the color of the font cannot be seen easily specially if the color of your wall is on the lighter side. Can I suggest having black font as an option or gold.

However, this beautiful clock can be a gift for a variety of occasions. The shipping was quick. I highly recommend.

I wish height was at least TWO inches higher. and,proportionaly wider. It would have been perfect.
