I ordered several of these mugs for family members. They arrived FAST. Love that I could choose the colors best for each person. (I chose gray for this guy, but others were more colorful.)

Have purchased several personalized mugs in the past. The mugs are durable, go in dishwasher and have no color fading. This style was perfect to go with a coffee club gift. Shipping is very fast. This is a quality mug and I will continue to order in the future.

I order 9 coffee mugs for my grandkids. Each one came out wonderful. I only had a problem with one with the shipment the coffee handle was broken. When I email them about this I got a response right away during the very busy holiday season. The replacement is already in my shopping cart getting ready to be ship. Very quick response and I should receive it in time for the holiday. I would recommend to order these coffee mugs. So far everything I had order from Personalized has been worth it! I know my grandkids are going to love these coffee mugs. They loved the bowls I got them from Personalization a few years ago.

I will still rate this 5 stars. The coffee cup is really nice and personalized great. The first cup came broken. Nothing secured the cup in the box. Called customer service and they were great. Had a new secured cup to me within 4 days. I have it in time for Christmas.

I purchased two cups, one pink and one blue as gifts for two children to be used as hot chocolate mugs. They are adorable! The mugs are lightweight with a nice size handle that will work well for a child or adult. The pattern of repeated name is neatly done. The process for ordering was easy and the window of time between ordering and arrival was short. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

The mug is large and sturdy. Personalization is as shown online. I ordered for several grandchildren and liked the idea that the color scheme of each mug can be different. The only thing I would prefer is that the text included just the name and no initial.

I bought this for my teenager for Christmas and named it “Cocoa”. I love it! The only problem I didn’t catch was it was pre-check for the 11oz. It was too small. so I had to order a second in the 15oz. I wish the pre-check wasn’t there. My fault, I was just in a hurry!

Love the bright red interior. Outside colors are pretty but either muted or a dye fault. I dunno. And at the top of the mug, the color fades a bit. That’s the reason for the lower rating. If it were a gift for someone, I’d have to send it back; but this was a two for the price of one deal and not worth sending it back. As is, it is very useable and hoping to enjoy it for years!
