Loved the personalized coffee mug. We had an issue with the 1st delivery from FedEx. When I opened the box, the mug was in pieces. I called PM and they shipped another one overnight. Thanks so much for your prompt service.

The mug is large and sturdy. Personalization is as shown online. I ordered for several grandchildren and liked the idea that the color scheme of each mug can be different. The only thing I would prefer is that the text included just the name and no initial.

This is a cute & inexpensive gift (stocking stuffer) for my husband. Good size coffee mug. Am very satisfied.

I bought this for my teenager for Christmas and named it “Cocoa”. I love it! The only problem I didn’t catch was it was pre-check for the 11oz. It was too small. so I had to order a second in the 15oz. I wish the pre-check wasn’t there. My fault, I was just in a hurry!

Love the bright red interior. Outside colors are pretty but either muted or a dye fault. I dunno. And at the top of the mug, the color fades a bit. That’s the reason for the lower rating. If it were a gift for someone, I’d have to send it back; but this was a two for the price of one deal and not worth sending it back. As is, it is very useable and hoping to enjoy it for years!
