Love the snowman towel, but I wished the colors were brighter. They are very muted.

My MIL will love it. Towel is thin which was expected since the description was tea towel. Shipping charges are outrageous, as much as the towel itself. I would not purchase from here again unless I met the free shipping threshold.

It was wonderful to be able to include so many names. However, the product lacked vibrancy and color. It came looking faded already.

I was excited to get these tea towels but honestly I was disappointed with the “faded” print of the personalization. It was almost like they had run out of ink. I was going to give them as gifts but not sure now.

I thought the towel would be like a hand towel, but instead it resembles a thin dish towel. Half of the towel is plain white as the snowman occupies only a small area.

Very thin and cheap looking! Very disappointing

Just like previous reviews, I was disappointed in the coloring. I bought 6 of them for my married kids and when they saw them they all agreed, they look like they had been washed several times. I reached out to the company but with no help.

I ordered 6 different towels. I’m very disappointed in the colors. Looks like they have been washed a lot and the print is very faded. Not impressed at all. Will not order from here again. Quality is NOT good.

The material is cheap and isn’t as vibrant as the picture shows. Would not purchase again.

Loved the idea of this towel as stocking stuffers for my daughters-in-law but was disappointed in the quality. The design is really cute but the towels were thin.

The towels itself is rather thin which I don’t mind because it really is not going to be used but the colors look like something that’s been washed & dried many times and faded in the sun light. Very disappointed.

I am reviewing Personalization Mall's quality control area and not the item I ordered.

It is 12/20 and I received someone else's order. Although the customer service representative was very helpful and professional, I am not optimistic that I will receive this CHRISTMAS GIFT in time for Christmas.

I wasnt impressed with the quality of this item. The colors looked very faded,
