I was told to submit a picture and would receive a response. I received a quick response and the ornament was immediately replaced. This ornament will stand the test of time with incredible memories! After achieving a difficult college diploma, why not celebrate that every year at Christmas, right? The size is perfect and the colors are exactly representative of the university colors. The ribbon to hang is beautiful and elegant, too! If you do not have cash to give the grad, I suggest this ornament. It will be remembered long after money was spent!
