I purchase for a christmas gift for my brother and sister-in-law, They loved them, but I had no idea what to get them until I saw these

I like having a sentiment on the mug but it would be even better if there was a flower or something on the other side. It would dress it up.

Simple to create. I do wish it was printed on both sides. It was fun either way.

Very nice mugs which I feel will be enjoyed by the Red Hatter members who will receive them. Good quality all words spelled correctly.

Some of the fonts do not look very clear. so choose one with straight lines. Also, when received they had a powdery substance inside that was not that easy to clean off.

The printing was perfect and centered very well But there was a black smear along the baseline of the cup. I’ve ordered these before and never saw that...So I think it was just a small glitch this time

This site was very easy to use and made my purchase easy to complete. The product was exactly as described and I am happy with it. The only problem was I paid extra for holiday priority shipping with the promise my product would arrive before Christmas and it did not. Other than the shipping I would recommend this site/company to everyone.

It's a cup. I paid dearly for a speedy delivery and product arrived in good shape. None of the cups were broken and the personalized message was as designed. No complaints. May shop here for future personalized needs. Only 4 stars due to the cost of shipping being so expensive. Will explore other options next time around.

I got what I paid for. The cup arrived intact and lasted through its first application with no problems. The printing was as shown in the preview. My lack of enthusiasm arises from limitation to such a small size. A minimum of 15 oz. would have evoked more energy.

Accuracy and speed of order excellent! Quality good, just a little plain. My only suggestion would be for this item, to have the option of putting something on the other side.

I ordered this near Christmas time as a last minute gift. It was shipped as promised and arrived ahead of schedule. Seemed a little pricey for what it was but totally worth it when it arrived. Excellent customer service.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father from my son and I'm pleased with the quality of the mug. However, the color selection for the personalization is pretty limited.

The mug came out nice, I just wish there were more than two font styles available to choose from.

I LIKE THIS COFFEE MUG AND THAT IS WHY I CHOSE IT. THE ENGRAVED LETTERS WERE NICE BUT I WISH THERE WAS A CHOICE BEYOND 4 LINES. THE LETTERING DOES LOOK NICE ON THE MUG.

It was a nice gift. The mug turned out great but the lid was scratched up.
