The original set of flutes arrived broken. I called immediately and was assured that a replacement would be sent out. Whoever I talked to was extremely nice and the flutes arrived today in perfect condition.

I love the shape and the braided stem. But, you cannot see the white names very well. I thought the names would be printed in black.
