I have ordered many of these frames, new baby, wedding, grandparent and have been very pleased with the quality. I have just received this frame and the engraving is not clear and the frame is much thinner. I emailed the picture of the poor printing only to be told it is natural wood and that is how it is. Would not order again which is sad. Shame that companies cut corners once they become established. Won't be ordering again.
