Beautiful Shore House Matt! I actually bought the same mat last year and just re-bought it. I mistakenly left it out all winter and it did fade a little, thus I am replacing it. It is well made beautiful colors and if you bring it in in the middle of the winter, it should last a few years! My mistake ! Can’t wait for the summer to put it out and have it greet all of our guests!

We knew that not keeping it under a covered porch would make it fade quicker, but it's where we wanted it to be. Fortunately the rubber mat (not shown in photo) will last forever and we can change out the designs for different holidays.
