Outstanding Service There was a slight problem with my order but when I called and spoke with Judy, everything was corrected immediately. Very nice cup These mugs were very nice. The lettering was etched into the mug. I ordered 26 different mugs and they all came looking great. I gave it 4 stars only because the lettering was only on one side of the mug. The description made it sound like the lettering extended around more of the mug but beautiful none the less

Liked almost everything Got two of these mugs for family members. They arrived undamaged and as described. The names were perfectly centered and aligned with the snowflake design. My disappointment was in the finish. It was a dull matte red, not bright and glossy as they appeared on the order page. Tried to gloss them up by buffing with a microfiber cloth that is usually great on most anything smooth, but no. Still very dull red mug.Christmas gifts so arrived too late to do anything about them,sadly.

I purchased one for everyone in the family for our Christmas get together. I will put hot chocolate in each and decorative marshmallows. My only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the names on them needed to be thicker to match the snowflake better. They looked small and faded in the font used.

Not amazing. Just ok. I bought 4 red cups with the snowflake as a Christmas present for a family friend of mine. The cups look nice, but I expected much more quality. It wasn't a WOW gift. Just ok. It is a chinese product.

I did think that the pack of hot cocoa would have been bigger (I guess I should have looked at the information a little closer). However, the mug was very simple but beautiful. I have a feeling my parents will enjoy their Christmas present!

Quality Etching I like that they do etching vs printing of the names, however, of the 3 cups I received, only two had the hot cocoa mix in them, not a huge deal, but for $24.95 each, I expect to receive what I paid for.

Lovely Winter Mug The mug is a nice simple gift for the holidays, or any winter occasion. The Chocolate was a little squished into the mug making it look wrinkled, but nothing that can't be flattened out. It's going to make a great gift for my sister in law this Christmas!

Great Christmas Presents for Friends I have three friends that I worked with for years and each month we get still get together for lunch. For our December luncheon, I thought it would be a good opportunity to give them their Christmas gifts and wanted something you just couldn't buy in a store. Having used Personalization Mall several times in the past and being quite pleased with their products, I turned to them to find personalized gifts for my friends.  Personalized cupBy Shopper (Harbor City, CA) - December 26, 2022 I ordered several cups from this seller and also from Etsy. The lettering was not as good as from Etsy and I was not happy with my purchase. Also, they weren't wrapped well and one arrived broken.

Items were quality, but one arrived broken out of the box. When I received these items I didn't check to see if they were intact immediately because I wanted to keep them nice for a gift basket. About a week after I got the package I checked the mugs and found out that one was actually shattered. Customer service was great and I quickly got me a replacement.

dissapointing By Shopper (Northport, NY) - December 18, 2014 i ordered these mugs for my large family and had everyone's name put on the mugs,11 mugs total. I wasn't expecting any problems... and at first they seemed fine until i took a closer look and saw the paint was bubbly on some of the cup handles. i would definitely not order these again. They look cheap because of the handle.

Good but could be better In the picture it looks like the bag of hot chocolate is the same size as the bags of Ghiradelli chocolate you can buy in the store. Not so much, it's one small bag for one cup of hot chocolate. If the bag had been bigger I would have gone 5 stars because the cup is perfect.

In order, mug is smaller than expected and only single sided decor, only one bag of cocoa and the absurd price are my complaints. Nothing major!

Decent product but flawed personalization This product would have been exactly as expected, but the personalization was off center and too low, as you can see in the photo. Very disappointed. Too close to Christmas to return (plus they sent me the wrong packing slip anyway, I got another customer's packing slip and I don't feel like dealing with the complications that would probably come from that). Luckily, I bought this as "gift wrap" to hold a digital camera I bought and not as the primary gift, so I'm going to give it as is.

Bistro mugs By Shopper (Herriman, UT) - December 13, 2011 I bought these mugs for my friends thinking they were a lot larger. Most of the regular size mugs are eight to twelve dollars. These are small mugs. It said they fit 16 ounces plus. They do fit 16 oz but just barely. There is no plus. From the price and the picture I thought they would be bigger and I was really disappointed. I don't think these were worth the price I paid, reg $24.95 on sale for $15.95. Last year I bought the cookie jars and they were just what I wanted. I wish I had bought something else for my friends.

Cute Mug This mug is very cute. The packet of Cocoa is much smaller than I expected, but overall it's a very cute gift! This would be great as a stocking stuffer too.

 Nice but off-centerThese mugs would be perfect if the snowflake and name personalization were actually centered. I ordered 2 and both of them are exactly the same. The snowflake and name are all the way over, super close to the handle. It looks really strange. Disappointed.
