We ordered these for the wait staff at our 2 favorite restaurants in town. However, the Post Office lost our package. Personalization Mall was amazing! They replaced the entire order free, plus free shipping. We were amazed. As it turns out, our gift could not be given before Christmas. It arrived the 10th of January, buy we are still going to give them, even though they are late.

These ornaments are done beautifully, with each name in the center. A very nice addition to their Christmas trees! Thank you for this awesome ornament!

I have never seen a pink personalized ornament before so I had to jump on this for a great grandaughter who loves pink.I hope she loves this as much as I do from the picture,I won't know until closer to Christmas as this is a gift

Bought personalized snowflakes for granddaughters. They are lovely! The wooden ornaments arrived promptly, looking just as in the ad.. The names were produced attractively and the whitewash was distributed carefully. The ornaments had a faint burnt smell from the carving process but it fast faded! I highly recommend a purchase of this ornament for a personalized item for family or friends!
