I ordered 7 Thank you for helping me shine personalized mugs for all of my daugther's teachers and school staff that gave her great instruction. I wanted to give them a gift to always remember my daughter. The mugs were beautiful and everyone loved them. I ordered a rush delivery due to wanting the mugs to be given out to everyone before the end of school. The mugs came on time and the gift boxes that I ordered with them were beautiful.

Before I retired, I wanted to give a small gift to my staff. These coffee mugs were perfect, cool and unique. They all loved them and hopefully they will be a great remember of all the great work we did together anytime they pick them up.

I ordered this for granddaughter's teacher back in May. I knew because of covid-19, delivery might be delayed. Fedex lost the 1st mug. Personalization Mall's customer service was great and easy to deal with. They replaced the mug free of charge or would have refunded me. The 2nd mug came very quickly at the beginning of July. It is very pretty & her teacher loved it. The color was as described and the lettering was perfectly clear.
