My original order had the wrong anniversary engraved on the frame because I accidentally typed the wrong date. I called and they immediately fixed my mistake and shipped to me in time for our neighbors 60th anniversary party! Thank you for your beautiful products AND incredible customer service which I don’t see often anymore.

This is a very nice frame - just the right size for my daughter's liking. Unfortunately one of the corner spacers was loose but I was able to glue it in place so it looks fine. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase - it'll be a perfect gift.
