I purchased this item after seeing something similar on social media. I recall Things Remembered when it was a brick and mortar store in the local mall but I was apprehensive about ordering something so personal, sight unseen. I took a chance based on the Things Remembered reputation and was not disappointed. This heart memorial is EVERYTHING I imagined it would be and it was well-received by the recipient. The words were perfectly engraved and the heart itself was beautiful and unblemished.

I purchased this product for, my mother as her Mother's day gift. Unfortunately there was a problem with shipping and it wasn't delivered until after Mother's Day. I called the customer service department and the representative was kind and immediately refunded my expedited shipping fee back to me with no hesitation, so that was a pleasant relief. On the day after Mother's Day the gift was delivered to my mother and she absolutely Loved it. I am pleased that mom has a keepsake gift to cherish.
