The picture is clear and it's a heavy piece. I was impressed with the quality.

Initially I received a plaque that wasn't centered and unfortunately took away from all the effort I made to create this unique gift for someone. When I uploaded my review, Customer Service reached out w/in 15 minutes to make it right! W/in 24 hours a new one was in the process of being created for me and now my friend and I have matching poem plaques with a photo of us (mine is a little off center, but I can deal with that, lol) - she absolutely loved it and I am so grateful for good customer service that cares about how their products look!

My order was easy to maneuver & design online. There are two personalized slates offered through their website. I had chosen the wrong one, but customer service was very very good, pointed that out to me & gave me the correct product# to use.
It was a gift, arrived very quickly and came out just as I designed it!
