Great Quality Easy to assemble looks beautiful !

With the dark tray and the barnwood insert, this 2 X 4 doormat is both unique and beautiful. As some others have mentioned, the insert is not an exact fit for the tray with a very slim border. To insure best alignment and stabilization, I put down a bit of liquid nails at the corners. The tray was a bit pricey, but it is quite robust. So much so that one could order some other mat insert of the same size and switch out (if not overglued, which I avoided). This is definitely a piece that will draw attention and generate conversation, as well as being a great addition to our entrance. Even though it is out of direct sunlight and water, I plan to spray it with Scotchguard outdoor UV and water protectant. We are pleased and would like to keep this looking good for as long as possible.
