Love the design and quality. When personalizing I was asked if I wanted singular or plural and I didn't know what it was referring to and when I reviewed my order I was checking the names and dates. I needed a plural so it said "Our..." instead of "My..." since it was for my parents. An explanation of what that choice referred to would have helped me.
