Good Customer Service, Bad Delivery

I ordered this onesie for my son's first birthday party. I ordered it Tuesday and paid extra for 2 day shipping so I'd have it by his birthday party Saturday...I didn't get the shirt until Monday. When I received it, the onesie came just as I ordered it and the quality was great. I received an email Tuesday afternoon saying it shipped but I guess the real issue was with Fed Ex. I contacted Personalization Mall's customer service on Sunday and was issued a full refund immediately. Again, the shirt was perfect, I just was a little disappointed with delivery but I was helped in a very swift way and the agent apologized profusely. Overall good experience.
