Great quality bag

THIS DUFFLE BAG WAS BOUGHT FOR MY BROTHER-IN-LAW LEAVING TO THE MILITARY. MY HUSBAND ASKED ME TO PLACE THE ORDER WHEN WE RECIEVED IT, IT WAS EVEN AS BETTER THAN WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE QUALITY OF THE BAG OBVIOUSLY IT WAS CARHARTT BUT THE QUALITY OF THE EMBROIDERY WAS EXCEPTIONALLY DONE. WILL BE PLACING FUTURE ORDERS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONALIZATION. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR MAKING SUCH WONDERFUL AND MEANINGFUL PRODUCTS.

The bag is very nice and the block lettering looks nice, but the name was embroidered too low on the bag, below the bottom seam and just above the black bottom. I'm not sure that it will be visible even when the bag is full. The lettering in this picture looks higher up on the bag.

This may be the happiest I've ever been with a personalized gift item. The lettering is stitched, not ironed on and the depth of color in the stitching is amazing. The quality is good, Carhart is popular with young guys. The Duffel itself is smaller than I was picturing...not sure how he will use it... Also, the personalization is pretty low on the side. If I were to order again, I'd size up for the added expense.

This is the Second duffel received. The First bag had the name "uneven" compared to the space where the name was embroidered. The Second bag is more even, however it is still not "centered" (vertically) in the space as the photo on the website shows for this bag. After receiving the first bag, I contacted Customer Service and the situation was handled very promptly and courteously. However, I was expecting the second bag to at least be more centered vertically as well. I recommend being as specific as possible when submitting any request to customer service.

Expensive and I expected to be wowed. Decent size and quality. Wouldn't order again.
