UPDATE By Shopper (Union Beach, NJ) - March 20, 2022 When I originally reviewed this product, I gave it 1 star due to the alignment on the print was off. One side of the photo was cut off & the other side had a white line from top to bottom of the ornament. I was very disappointed, as this was a family portrait photo from the 40's of my mom, her siblings & my grandparents, and they were to be gifts for my cousins. Customer service reached out to me, and upon receiving a photo of the 5 ornaments I received, redid my order. So, I am upping my rating to 5 stars for happiness with my new ornaments, and the amazing customer service I received.

Beautiful Ornament - Money well Spent I purchased these photo ornaments for my nieces as part of their Christmas gifts. The photo clarity on each of these ornaments (color and detail) is outstanding! They are lightweight which I love because they won't weigh down the branches on the Christmas tree. I've been ordering photo ornaments from Personalization Mall for several years now and I've never been disappointed in their product. My only wish is that there were more rectangular shape choices in the Porcelain and Resin material to fit a group photo. It's not always easy to find photos to fit on a round ornament. Ordering on their website is super easy I've always received my orders within a week of ordering them (if you plan ahead and order before the busy season!)

Nice Wood Ornament Very nicely done, and nice color. I'm just not crazy about the ply wood ornament base and will stick with ceramic in the future.

 Wood OrnamentIt’s a pretty good size, not to happy about the quality of the picture. Our picture turned out blurred out almost like a smudge. I get my family ornaments here every year (normally the glass ones), but this one wasn’t my favorite.

Color not consistent Ordered 3 of the same to give as gifts, and unfortunately one is way off in color. Sent an email to customer service so hopefully they can fix the issue before Christmas
