Well, after calling in, and within 24 hours, I received my replacement ornaments in a well packed box in perfect condition. And in time for Christmas! That was quick service! They are not heavy. So many ornaments are heavy and weigh your tree branch down. I really like that you could see what it was going to look like with the names you wanted on it.
