Great Craftsmanship Baby Frame I purchased this frame for my god daughter's first birthday. I am going to take a picture with her on her birthday and then place that photo in the frame, so she'll have it to look back on. I may do this for the next few years with different frames. Cute, But Look Out For.... By Shopper (Atlanta, GA) - June 12, 2023 This frame is really good looking and a nice 1st Bday gift. I have ordered it 7 times. Only complaint I have with this particular order, is with the script font. The "3" looks almost like an "8" and vice versa. I had 2023 printed on the cupcake for the date. It's small enough that if you didn't know the year was to say 2023, you could definitely mistake it for 2028. I messaged customer service regarding my concern. They responded quickly and simply explained that's the way the design specifications are set and there is nothing they can do to change it. However, they did credit my account the full price I paid and allowed me to keep the item. I was satisfied with their resolution.

My only issue is with the quality of the wood, it's a bit light in weight, doesn't seem like it will survive a bump or fall off of a shelf etc.so my concern is it won't last into her teen yrs. or longer.

 VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTEDI ordered this frame along with another frame and received them today. One was fine. Along with the name for this I wanted the date of May 9, 2015 printed in the cupcake as shown. The 9 on this picture looks like an 8 because the bottom of the 9 swings up and touches the top part of the 9. There is no way that it looks like a 9. I called customer service to complain and was told that is the way the 9 is printed and that's that. I cannot give this as a birthday gift which was my intent and I am now out of $19.95 plus shipping. When I found this website I was quite pleased and told a number of my friends about it. Now I will tell them how customer dissatisfaction is handled and buyer beware.
