Item arrived quickly and accurately. Only problem is the color. Picture and description said red. Color is more brown. Not as pretty as the picture

This is the second year I have purchased identical item for multiple people. The products are good quality and unique enough that recipients don't have a duplicate. The only challenge this year is one of the 15 purchased has a cracked side with no paint. It makes it look somewhat authentic, so I will keep it.

I ordered 9 of these--one for each grandchild. The names between 5 and 7 letters came out perfect. Those that were 2 or 3, or 8 and 9 were hard to read. Still, I really like that they are made of real wood. Quality: size, coloring, smooth edges are great.

Ornaments were as expected except thought they would be a brighter color. Otherwise was satisfied with purchase.

Ornament arrived quickly and looks amazing. Only wish the back was painted like the front.

I ordered 6 ornaments and they are really nice however, the ribbon to hang the ornaments was not included with one of them.

My order was filled precisely and quickly. I was disappointed, however, that much of my order arrived in a dark burgundy red rather than the bright Christmas red I was expecting from the catalog photo.

I ordered 5 of them. The spacing between the letters in 3 of them was a little off though. IT WAS NOT IS EVEN AS SHOWN IN PHOTO. BUT STILL NICE.

These wood ornaments are very pretty and so fun to personalize. I often purchase the ceramic ornaments so that I can add photos but thought I would try a little something different. These are very light weight which works wonderfully on Christmas tree boughs. No drooping limb’s because of heavy weight ornaments. Only reason for only 4 stars is that it does not come with the usual velvet storage bag.

The ornament looks great. I bought it as a gift for a friend. The only thing about it is the smell. I'm not sure if it's the paint or the wood.

I get everyone a new ornament for stocking stuffers and these are perfect!! Personalized and a gift bag to put it in...I'm sure my recipients will love them as well

I loved my ornament, it is beautiful! The first one came broken in many pieces. However, after emailing Personalization Mall they made good on it and sent me a new one!

I loved the color of this, but wished the name would've been the lighter color to make it stand out more

Red stain appeared to have run into the plain wood.

Overall I love these ornaments. I do not think I will buy a "whitewashed" one again though. It is not as pretty as the website photo. The white seems non-existent. I even got it remade and it looks the same. I was bummed because the other ones are all very striking.

I ordered two of theses ornaments for Christmas I received an incorrect order which the company took care of immediately upon being notified. Received the replacement ornaments and they look wonderful. The names are cut correctly and clean lines, stain on them is warm and they look great on our tree.

These personalized ornaments were very well-received, especially by my teenage nieces & nephews. It’s fun to have an ornament made especially for you! I expected them to be a little bit thicker, but they were shipped in bubble wrap and came with a cute drawstring black bag for storage.

I had to spray all the pouches with Febreze before I wrapped them. This is not the first time I have ordered something that was made in China and it smelled terrible. Other than the odor, the ornaments are fine.

This was just perfect for a last minute gift. It looks great, arrived quickly and it was well packaged. It even came in a pretty dark red velveteen bag with drawstrings. The bag is imprinted with “Personalization mall”

The cut out name just was not quite as sharp as the preview showed online. The person I gave it to loved it though.

I purchased them as gifts for an organization I am in. They were pricey, but endearing. If purchased in bulk, they could have been less expensive, but I would order again.

This ornament is perfect for a family newcomer gift.

Only gave a 4 rating, because nothing given to hang it with. Had to go to store to buy ribbon that would compliment it, before giving.

I purchased 10 of these personalized ornaments, at the same time, to be used as gift tags on Christmas presents for nieces and nephews (see photo). The size of the ornaments was great for this and added a nice touch to the presents. However, one of the ornaments did not contain the ribbon it was supposed to be sent with (I had to add my own ribbon) and the red coloring on the ornaments was inconsistent (some ornaments were dark red, some were a light red). Overall, the ornaments looked nice.

Did good job with a difficult multi-letter name but the year at top of ornament was not as well done. The last number was not clear

When you advertise these ornaments it's very easy to read the names but now I realize that's because you have them up against a white background. Sometimes the letters are not so easy to make out when you're just holding it up. But they are very nice.

All 3 ornaments are exactly what I wanted for the tree. They are thin where the names were carved out so you need to be very careful with them. Otherwise I do love them

I have purchased quite a few of these very same ornaments in the last year or so. All as gifts. This was the first one that was a little off-center with the red paint. I am still giving it because it's not that far off. It just wasn't as perfect as the previous ones. Thank you though. I still think your company does great work overall.

Nicely made ornament and liked the red color choice. Wish it was a little larger but will look nice on the tree.

I ordered 2 ornaments in red with the date for the Christmas memory ornament. Very pleased with the cut, color and thickness. Can’t wait to see the twinkle in their eyes Christmas Eve. The name doesn’t stand out as much as the picture perceived, still a great item.
