Purchased as gift for my grandson. Ornament was made beautifully but when it arrived it was broken. Would have returned but my daughter said she'd hot glue on back to make it work. Next time I'll order solid ornament.

Disappointed in the color. Not red so much as maroon. The one on the left is JJ.. Do not submit short names. It is hard to read the name and in fact the ornament looks broken

Ornament is well made and makes a great gift.....my only complaint is, I ordered 2 with different names and they both came with the year 2021 not 2022.....I guess I was busy checking the name that I didn't notice. I also bought 11 of the family tree ornament with 18 names....fabulous!

I ordered several of these ornaments with my grandchildren’s names on them. one did not come but the company was very good about replacing it right away. they’re OK but I honestly think the picture makes them look a little bit nicer I’m not unhappy though -I’m glad that I got them. I will probably try putting some kind of shellac or something on them to make them shiny

Not as vibrant as picture

I bought this ornament in 2015 it was heavy and more defined. I bought this year for my new baby and it’s really thin and not as nice as the others..

LENA is very hard to read. It's for a three year old and I am sure she will not recognize it. I struggled and I am 75.

For the price of the ornament itself was okay and little flimsy but the shipping was astronomical there's no way. For me the color could be a little bit better size is good

2 ornaments were great. One was chipped.

These particular Letters are very difficult to read. I was a touch disappointed.

I had 9 letters in the name, unfortunately that was too long for the ornament.
So if you purchase this item keep that in mind.

The ornaments don't look as nice as they do in the pictures..........the names are hard to read.

My mistake as the white is too dull for Christmas.

Some of the ornaments you really have to look at it to make out the name. I was disappointed and really hate to give to the child. I have ordered before from you and was happy with the product not so much this time

This item it's beautiful. But I suggest not getting this in the light wood. Was harder to see name

I was disappointed with the quality. Also the name is not immediately visible, if you stare at it long enough you can see the name

I love it! It's beautiful, but I ordered a blue ornament and received a regular non-colored one. It's a gift for my baby nephew so I'm a little disappointed.

came out very nice it just smells bad, like burning wood. Hope they can do something about the smell.

The quality of the ornament was great but I was disappointed in the whitewashed color. I could barely see the difference between the whitewashed effect and the natural color of the wood. I ordered several different ornaments In a variety of colors and was happy with all the other color selections.

The item is a gift and I think it is ok for that purpose.

Good quality, but the color could have been a more vibrant white. It looks washed out.

I ordered several of them some red and some are more burgundy. The lettering is very nice and nice quality.

I am disappointed in this, I thought the designs were gold, they are plain wood & look unfinished. I'll probably try to paint it. ??

I dont know, I expected it to be a little more sturdier, I guess.
But it was Ok, for the sales price, I would not have paid regular price for this item.

Not as nice looking as I’d hoped

I don't think it should be called white. It is just plain wood with no tint of any kind. Not nearly as good as any of the other ornaments I ordered. Almost as though the white was accidentally left off.

Not satisfied with the way the ornament looks. It's hard to tell it says Hayli and wood is very thin and flimsy

I ordered a lot of these for family members for Christmas. Some turned out great but others it is hard to figure out the name and don't look like the picture.

I ordered 4 of these and was only satisfied with 2 of them. Some of the letters were hard to make out.

I believe the wood personalized ornaments are extremely overpriced! The quality is good but not great and some of the names are not easily read. They come in a nice little velveteen bag but that does not justify the price! Again I do feel like the product is overpriced.

They came on time, however one was really dark where it should've been light like Kairo

I wasn’t happy when I got my grandson’s ornament. It looked nothing like it showed in the picture. The H on the end of his name looks like a quotation mark instead. Christmas is less than a month away. I would like a new one made and if this one has to come back, it will come back with free shipping. All of the other ornaments came out great, but this one not so much.

The ornaments I received were nice. They were not as nice looking as they appeared to be on line. Right after I ordered they offered the same ornaments for 25% off. The company said too little too late. Very unhappy customer!!!!

I thought this would be a little thicker. It was not as impressive as the picture shown.

I have to say that I wasn't super pleased with the cut on these. The one for Colton was very nice, but the ones for Mabel and Wesley were not as nice. The first letter on each of those was cut so skinny that you could barely make it out.

I love the design of tgese ornaments, order two, the one name looked great, My name was difficult to see the "L", if you turned it a certain way you can see it is an L. Other than thatlt, the wood is thick, has nice etchings on it.

These are interesting and unique ornaments but i wish the names were a bit more distinct in the carving. Im using them as bag tags though and they do look super cute.

Only wish the description gave a sense of the strong smell from the wood. May not have gone with this had I known.
