Faith is a pretty simple name but it was very hard to read in this ornament. Picture looked good but when recurved Wasn’t worth the money

Did not like the quality of the Red staining.

Bought these ornaments for a teachers Xmas gift. Received them and immediately was turned off by the burnt smell. Even after a couple weeks of airing out it still had an offensive smell. I called customer service to complain and they said it will just take a while for the smell to air out. I explained I already aired it out a couple of weeks but no apologies or appeasement.

I ordered 6 of these, 2 red, 2 pink, 2 blue. The red is only one that is a nice color, the others very pale and bland. My biggest issue is the backside of all is ugly.. they should have at least painted it.. ornaments don't always stay facing forward on the tree.

Actually, I was quite disappointed with the two ornaments I received. In the picture there is a distinct contrast, the design being considerably darker. What I received had very little differentiation in color so they were quite "bland" making it even a bit difficult to read the names.

The beginning letter seems cut off. Both of mine began with a "M" and it is hard to make out that it is a "M". As if the laser or how ever they do it started to soon.

For starters, the pictures in the catalogue are much nicer then the actual product. Some of the names seem to have scorch marks where the etched the name. The Groupon really didn't help much.
One name, Jim, did not translate well on the ornament. In fact, had a hard time figuring that one out. Got a store credit, but by the time I had to pay shipping for a new ornament, definitely not worth it. One picture shows what Jim was supposed to look like, my photo shows what it really looks like. It's different depending on how you look at it.

Some names don't quite work out, e.g. Liam. Can't tell the capital "L" from the "I".

The ornament itself is what I expected. The red tie at the top is so thin that it makes the gift seem cheap. Worst of all is the strong burnt smell. These ornaments are gifts and I am embarrassed that they smell so bad.

I ordered 2. The quality is not what I expected. They don't look anything like the photo. They aren't stained, as the photo indicates. They certainly aren't sanded. I'm very disappointed. Not a very nice gift for a child.

It was ok for the price. I have gotten many many items from this site but this is the only one I wouldn't buy again.

I was definitely disappointed in the Wood Ornaments. They look so much nicer on your website. Some of the names were hard to read. Definitely would not tell anyone to order them. :(

This was the first time in over 20 orders I have placed that I have been disappointed in the quality of a product. The ornament is very flimsy and super thin. It did not look as good as the advertised image.

I get a ton of stuff through this site and usually love everything. This ornament is not my favorite tho. It smells from the wood being burnt, and the ornament looks very cheap. If they put a laqor coat on it would be much better.

They don’t ship you order on time but want to make you pay extra for it. Amazon sells similar ornaments and more dependable to arrive . Just as cute and can personalize. .

Have ordered several times from this company and have never had any issues. Until now. I ordered 17 personalized ornaments and they all arrived smelling like smoke. I'm sure b/c of the laser. I kept them outside to air out, but was never able to get the smoke smell out. Sadly, I couldn't even hang them on the tree. :(

The letters are not evenly spaced. They look cheap. Very disappointed.

Ordered several ornaments. Two out of the three were broken because of poor packaging. Customer service does not answer the phone. After multiple emails. I finally got my money back.

The KIM ornament is terrible. the I disappears - hard to read even if you know what it is supposed to say. The red colored ornaments are not at clear as the others. the family tree is beautiful. Looks great in natural.

These ornaments are so nice looking, but they smell so bad. It must be the finish that is used on them. I emailed customer service but never heard back. I ended up throwing them away. They stunk up my whole tree. I do not recommend them.

You can't make out the majority of the names, I purchased 10 of them. The smell was horrible, I couldn't even leave them inside the house they smelled so bad.

This did not come out very well. There were burn scorched marks on the front and back. I did not realize it would smell like a camp fire. Too bad. Hope they figure out a better way to cut them out

I'm sure the ornament would have been very nice but unfortunately it was broken in half by the time the gift was received. I've contacted the company but have not received a response from them. I will try an update this review when I have a product that is whole.

The smell is terrible. They are for children and I’m afraid their parents will be concerned they are toxic.

I was expecting the ornament would be a full 3 dimension circle ball (from the way it looks in the picture. Instead, I get this piece of dark wood, which you wouldn't know what it says unless you have a piece of white paper behind it. Absolutely not what I expected. Highly disappointed. I have ordered from you all several times and this was the first time I have not been satisfied with my order. Not sure if I will continue shopping with you after this. Picture is very DECEIVING.

disappointed, looks cheap, can't read name very well. almost didn't give it as gift cause embarrassed that it looked so cheap!

Very unhappy with these, could do a lot better with $10 for an ornament. Very raw on one side, so need to be hung somewhere flat against a wall. Smell like burnt wood. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought SIX of these ornaments for my loved ones to go with their Christmas gifts. The colouring on all of them (But one) are horrible. They are extremely faded and hard to see the detail of the year that is on the top of the ornament. I’m highly disappointed. I have always been a very satisfied customer with my past experience with personalization mall, unfortunately that is no longer. A waste of money since I will not be giving these to my loved ones.

Two of the personalized wood ornaments (Kristina and Vicki), were spotted with red stain, as though the red bag had gotten wet and bled onto the wood. Not happy with them, but probably too late to request new ones and am not willing to spend the money to send them back.The others were OK. ordered 11/24/16.

I ordered one set, and was happy with the items I received. However, with my second order (with different personalization), I am very disappointed in the product. The wood in the second order was thinner, and some letters were burned black on one of the items. I cannot give it as a gift, but rather will have to throw it away. Other people may have better luck, but personally I will not order any additional ornaments such as these wooden ones.
