I ordered a personalized cookie jar as a Christmas gift. The product was packaged carefully and shipped quickly. The design that I made included text and an image. The text appeared as expected, however, the image was a slightly different color than anticipated. It did not take away from the quality of the jar, but did not exactly match the attachment that was submitted. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

during the personalization process, it was difficult to see how the uploaded picture would appear on the cookie jar. The cookie jar arrived and it was the first time to see the picture on the cookie jar. it appeared smaller that anticipated and a bit squished.
