I had this delivered and did not see it for myself. My daughter said it was very nice, so I was please to hear this. Waiting to hear from the friend I sent it to as a birthday gift.

Bought this as a gift. It looks great and I would have given it 5 stars except that the quality makes it for show only. Very stiff cotton, I can only hope that after a few washings it can be used.

Pillow case decal is kind of rough to sleep on

The pillowcases look really good but when you feel it, the area where the print of names and pictures are very stiff. My granddaughter has to flip the pillow to sleep on it. I washed it hoping it would soften but it did not.

I bought this for my girlfriend the creativity and design concept works great and it came out (aesthetically) looking great. I would inform your buyers that it is for decoration purposes but not really for someone to be actually using as a pillow case. The fabric is awful and have this "plastic/nylon" feel to it.

Get a better fabric and you got yourself a perfect product.

I'm really disappointed in this custom pillowcase. I ordered one a few years ago and it was much better in quality. I'm not sure if it was, but it felt as though the image was actually printed onto the fabric and it was soft. This time, they basically printed my photo on a stiff iron-on transfer sheet and stuck in on a chintzy pillowcase (in their defense, it does say 100% polyester which I missed). You can clearly see the rectangle outline of the iron-on paper and it feels stiff. Not to mention it was almost $20 for one pillowcase. I didn't mind the price, when the last one turned out so well. But this one is a real bummer :(

This is a complete waste of time. The fabric of the pillow is actually very nice but the area where your design goes feels like plastic. It ruins the entire thing. If you even touch it, it makes a disgusting crinkly sound. It ruins the whole thing. I paid too much for what I got.

I custom designed a set of pink pillowcases for a friend. They arrived on time and were really cute, BUT the pillowcases were in two different shades of pink. I emailed Personalizationmall.com and after sending a picture of the product they immediately sent me a new order. I truly appreciated the great customer service, but was disappointed when the new pillowcases arrived with the same two tone issue. I would advise customers to just order white pillowcases.

The personalization on the pillow was spot on. Exactly what I wanted and expected.

The quality of the pillow case fell flat. Very rough and scratchy. Not snuggle-worthy....what is what a pillow is for

I ordered this pillow case for a gift. The photos on line looked 200% more vibrant than how it actually printed. They should warn you that the black pillowcase bleeds thru and over powers any white or pale colors when processed. You could not see this when designing on line. I contacted the company about a re-make. I was asked to send in photos and plead my case. The response was we can offer you small discount and you'll have to pay shipping again because I approved it and ordered it. Apparently it does not matter to this company that the the product I thought I was getting barely resembled the product I received.
