My order was lost and customer service express shipped a new one at no cost, the ornament looks even better than expected!

Made a mistake by ordering a similar picture ornament from another company. This other company decided to discontinue the original picture ornament 20 daily after the order date. By time I ordered with Personalization Mal, I knew it would come after the holidays. Very happy with the new ornaments. Won’t repeat that mistake again.

Easy to order and comes fast for the holidays each year we will order a new one as our son grows up there will be a new one with his picture on it and year and age so he can see himself grow over the years of Christmas.
