The little dog in the picture was old and very ill and had to be put down just before that ornament was made, and it made the owners extremely happy to have this. My larger compliment, however, goes to you! I have done business with you for a number of years now and the quality and service has always been without issue..this time around the first shipment of this order got lost somewhere along the way and nobody could seem to find it. I called in a panic because of its importance....your representative's demeanor was, as always, friendly but also very professional and in no time at all I was assured that they had the materials to make the ornament over again which they did, and she even saw to it that it was expedited to me! Amazing quality from on old photo of a photo I purchased personalized ornaments as a last minute thought for the holidays. The ornaments were ordered on the 10th (upload of a photo, editing and personalization was super easy) and delivered within a week! Quality was better than expected from a photo of an old photo! What a fun surprise for my family to receive an ornament with my parents wedding photo. Next year will be my grand parents, then great grand-parents.

Very cute!! This Ornament is very cute!! Adorable in person!! Photo looks beautiful!! This is the 3rd one I've purchased, and given as a gift for the baby at Christmas (2 for her First Christmas). Her parents loved each one; and, immediately put them on the tree.

Polka dot photo ornament I saw the commercial and decided to order this for my daughter and son in law for my eight month old grandson.
