Always high quality I have ordered many ornaments like this. Always high quality. It is substantial, 3/8" thick, so while it is obviously ceramic, which is breakable, it is not thin and won't make you nervous about it falling off of a tree onto carpet. It comes with a nice quality fabric ribbon 1/8" wide, with enough length to tie a pretty little bow if you like. Just remember that the photo can only be as good as what you submit. If you want a crisp, clear picture, submit a crisp, clear picture with decent pixel density. I've done a couple with kind of lousy quality photos because it was all we had of an event, and we have been very happy with them, simply because they were the best they could be with the photos we submitted. No surprises. It will be exactly what you submit.

Very well done The ornament was done very well, and shipped in a beautiful velvet bag. However, I got it several days after it was stated it was shipped and when I should have received it.

Would give it 10 stars if I could Online only shows having 1 pic but I used 3 vacation pics from my phone. The phone takes really good pics and allows to make a collage. Sent over 1 pic of 3 different pics to PMall to add to the ornament and it was done perfectly. Eveyone loved the ornament. Usually something like this would be distorted and grainy looking but it wasnt. Really great job.

Each year they get better We have been getting our grandchildren these ornaments for many years - the photograph ones are our favorites. When they are on the tree from year to year, they are most endearing. The customer service was also great. Thanks again for creating these precious keepsakes.
