ALWAYS GREAT WORK! I've been buying my grandson's their personal picture ornament every Christmas since 2010. Someday they can put them on their own Christmas trees and share a moment in their young lives with their kids. The work is always perfect, the turnaround time is awesome and I'll keep doing the Christmas ornaments for the boys for as long as they enjoy them!

Title tells you what the item is. Each year I order an ornament for each of my grandchildren. The ornaments are lovely, but I was disappointed this year that they did not come with the pouch that they have come with in the past.

Other kids have specific icons but you can’t find this. SO I used a photo of his climbing for his ornament. Then the second side had room for more text than just name. Works very well!!

Ornament ribbon hole placement I love the ornament but wish I knew to move my grandson’s face a little lower so the ribbon hole wouldn’t go through the top of his head. Otherwise, all good!

Better late than never The ornament is truly more than I expected, size, material, color....but I feel you need to address a different method of shipping because I paid for expedited shipping ( which was more than the ornament). I know this is not your problem but you need to address this with Fed Ex.
