I followed the instructions and ended up with a beautiful ornament. One side is my granddaughter and her cat and the other side is the year and their names. She loved it!

About 4 years ago I started having these photo ornaments made for milestones in our lives. Our wedding, our son, our pets, our vacations. They are a treasured part of the holiday and fun to see year after year. They are very good quality and easy to design using the customization tool. I hope they offer new, interesting shapes as the years keep going because I plan to keep ordering them every year!

We've made this ornament a tradition for our grandchildren. Plenty of room on the back to write a wish, the year, and "Love, Gramma and Grampa." As they get older they can see themselves grow up from year to year.

My ornament arrived in a very fancy black pouch and was wrapped carefully inside bubble wrap envelope - I plan to reuse this to store it. Overall gift was high quality. I used a picture of my friend and me and it brought tears to her eyes when she received it. Priceless present! :-)

They came out a little differently, which was interesting. Definitely pay extra for quick postage, it will come in days vs week(s) if you are in a hurry.

I would give 10 stars if had that option. Every year I buy photo ornaments for my friends and family to commemorate something that year with their children, pets or loved ones. The first ornament I received was printed incorrectly. The personalization on the back was crooked. I sent an email and photo right away. The next day I received an email back indicating that a new ornament, free of charge, would be sent right away. Despite the problem with the first ornament, I would definitely order from them again. This is a nice sized, good quality ornament. The photo looks beautiful. I am very pleased with the product and with customer service.

I received my photo ornament within 3 days, however there was a very tiny white spot on my cat's face. I thought about keeping it that way after all it was a tiny spot but knowing me it would just bother me to see it! I called, spoke to a very helpful and pleasant customer service rep and she quickly put in a new order for me. Within 3 days I had my new ornament! Needles to say I will order from them again. Great customer service and beautiful products at affordable prices.

I recently purchased the ornaments as a gift and the mug for myself. I was overwhelmed by the quality of all my purchases. I struggle finding the right gift for my girlfriend and these ornaments rocked it! I recently and unexpectedly lost 2 dogs this year, the mug is a great way to memorialize them. I was so pleased with the finished products that I have already recommended it to friends. You cannot go wrong with either product.

These ornaments are perfect! The photos are not distorted at all and the ribbon does not interfere with the photo. I've bought these in years past and have always returned to Pesonalization Mall when I need a special gift.
