Beautiful quality ornament We've made this ornament a tradition for our grandchildren. Plenty of room on the back to write a wish, the year, and "Love, Gramma and Grampa." As they get older they can see themselves grow up from year to year.

Nice size The first ornament I received was printed incorrectly. The personalization on the back was crooked. I sent an email and photo right away. The next day I received an email back indicating that a new ornament, free of charge, would be sent right away. Despite the problem with the first ornament, I would definitely order from them again. This is a nice sized, good quality ornament. The photo looks beautiful. I am very pleased with the product and with customer service.

Great customer service! I received my photo ornament within 3 days, however there was a very tiny white spot on my cat's face. I thought about keeping it that way after all it was a tiny spot but knowing me it would just bother me to see it! I called, spoke to a very helpful and pleasant customer service rep and she quickly put in a new order for me. Within 3 days I had my new ornament! Needles to say I will order from them again. Great customer service and beautiful products at affordable prices.
