I have been ordering photo ornaments for Personalization Mall for 6 years. These ornaments are 1st class. My grandchildren receive one every year for Xmas. I pick a different style each year. I ordered this ornament because I loved it! However, when I received it, the string hole was off-center, which cut into my husband's head. I was so upset. I called PM customer service & they said they would send a new one out immediately! I received the second one very quickly & it was perfect!! This is why I LOVE PMALL!!!!
