I ordered this ornament because I loved it! However, when I received it, the string hole was off-center, which cut into my husband's head. I was so upset. I called PM customer service & they said they would send a new one out immediately! I received the second one very quickly & it was perfect!! This is why I LOVE PMALL!!!!

I just love these ornaments. The workmanship is great--colors vivid and photos clear. This is the 4th year I've purchased these. Makes a great history of grandchildren (in my case)/children growing up. Started buying these for my kids trees too. Worth the price. Check retailmenot.com for coupons.

Choose a picture that's not super close up to avoid the punch out hole in the forehead of your subject. We really love the ones we ordered!

I was very pleased with this ornament. The photo quality was excellent and after ordering these for several years now with photos of my grandchildren, I'm happy to see that this year you have two-sided ornaments with the photo on one side and the personalization on the back. This allows for full photo space on one side. Perfect! I will continue to order these every year as the grandkids grow up!
