did not come with a velvet bag to store the ornament in after Christmas. I purchase these ornaments each year and the bag is a nice way to store the ornament so it doesn’t break.

Beautiful and true to the photo By Shopper  (Arvada, CO) - December 20, 2021 This is a cute ornament and the photo is perfect. I only wish they were a little lighter and that the area for the hole and ribbon hanger didn’t put a hole in the top of the photo! Could put a little ‘bump’ at the top for the hole and tie, so as not to interfere with the photo.

Very Nice I love the ornament and the person I gave it to did as well. The only thing keeping me from being able to give it 5 stars was the fact that I couldn't adjust the size of the picture on the ornament to shrink it down. I couldn't use the picture I originally chose with the whole family because of that.

a little fuzzy By Shopper (Harrisburg, PA) - December 13, 2019 Probably because cropping the picture may have compromised the clarity of the picture it was a little fuzzy. Otherwise, it was adorable, arrived promptly, and is of good quality.

OK Picture turned out GORGEOUS. However, when you turned the ornament over to see the message on the back it was crooked. In other words when you hang it on the tree and flip it over to see the back the message and polka dots are not symmetrically straight with the picture on the front.

Pleasantly surprised By Shopper (Lenexa, KS) - December 8, 2019 I don’t like ordering items over the internet because I am almost always disappointed. I ordered 4 ornaments, three 3.75 inch matte and a smaller glossy, just to see if they were worth it. I was so thrilled with the way they turned out that I ordered 6 more. The velvet bag they come in and satin ribbon for hanging them add a nice touch of class. The ornaments are sturdy and have high quality images. They were much more than I expected. I’m ordering more this week.

Smaller image I like the ornament,however,I chose a close up of my granddaughter's face and the hole for the ribbon goes through her head. Might want to consider the size of the image.

Awesome gift with a slight flaw Ordered this ornament along with 4 others similar to it. Picture was great, borders were where they said they'd be. Only small flaw, the bottom curve of a lowercase 'e' loops all the way around so it looks like a lowercase 'o' with a line through the middle. My suggestion would be for the manufacturer to adjust the spacing there a bit to make that a clear 'e'. Otherwise, great product!

Cute ornament I like it very much but I didn't realize the hole for the ribbon would be right in the middle of her head. I could have (or you should have) moved the picture down just slightly to compensate for that.

Christmas gift Purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. A little disappointed that when I would get the picture centered the hole where the ribbon hanger goes through was in the middle of my grandsons head so in order to get it where the hole wasn't in his head the picture isn't centered. But all in all the ornament is nice.

Better than previous I originally ordered this ornament, and it was blurry when it arrived. I contacted personalization mall, and they sent me a new one. It was 10x better than the first, and I'm very pleased with it!

Perfect! Very good quality ornament. Will definitely order again. Suggest choosing picture used carefully since lose some detail if it has to be zoomed in/adjusted.

Picture ornaments I really love this product and would have given 5 stars but the editing on it was a pain. Selecting pics that would work so there would not be a hole in their head and then cropping and positioning just so took me well over an hour. The finished product is awesome and it's a thick, shiny, quality porcelain (or so it seems). Very happy with the final product but not having to get there.

It used to be a lovely thick silver ribbon, but now it is a skinny cheap looking ribbon. I hope next year they go back to the silver ribbon that they have used for years.

2 sided ornament I truly love this ornament that I created for my granddaughter. Her picture on one side, important date and information on the other side. One problem, I inadvertently put the year as 2106 instead of 2016!!!! I advise you to check over your personalzation twice to avoid this mistake, Personalzation Mall takes no responsibility.

Great customer service Very cute ornament. When I received my order the first time, the wording on the personalization was quite blurry. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement ornament with crystal clear wording. Happy with this product and this company!

Good Buy I have ordered many ornaments like this one and I LOVE them! The one I ordered this year was much darker than the preview on my computer. I was really bummed! All the others I have ordered have turned out as expected, so I am sure I will be ordering more in the future! This ornament would be great as a gift or to keep for yourself.

So cool! I want an ornament for each year for my daughter. This one is almost perfect. The photo comes out too dark. This is my second one and both are dark. Need an option to brighten.

Christmas gift I'm excite to give this to my kids as a gift this year. It turned out beautiful. I am always pleased with the ornaments I get from Personalizationmall.com. I do have 1 complaint this year. This ornament didn't have a ribbon on it to hang from the tree. I had to find ribbon to do it myself.

Great gifts I bought the ornaments as Christmas gifts for my bridesmaids. They all turned out really good and they all loved them except for one of the ornaments. The hole where the ribbon is suppose to hang was off centered. Customer service was great. I called them about it and they are making me another one, no questions asked.

I like it because you can make it say whatever you want and it turned out really cute. The only thing I didn't like was the string on the top is like a thick silver rope and is kind of tacky, but overall, it is super cute
