 Christmas Polka Dot OrnamentMy first item came in with color splats on it. I sent an email to customer service and they quickly responded by sending me a new one and for free with no hassle.
I was very pleased with the customer service and will order again, because they were very helpful. The new ornament came before Christmas and it looked great. I appreciate it!

Great ornaments Overall I was really pleased with these cute ornaments -- I made them as mementos for my 3 flower girls with a picture from the wedding and the date and occasion in the text. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that the preview of the photo placement wasn't 100% accurate to what I received. I'd have probably cropped the photo just a little more in order to have the placement of the picture exactly the way I wanted it.

PS I have ordered several things but was disappointed with placement of hole to hang ornament. When I edited photo it appeared to have plenty of space so hole would not interfere with subject in photo.

Kids Christmas First product was totally unacceptable. Second product had one of three as the pictures provided; one that was close, and one that had too much color. Decided not to attempt a third.

Could have used help Picture was great, however, the words on the back would not center on my proof. I was hoping that it would be centered when it was printed but I was wrong so it is very off-center. Wish there was more help availability for this type of thing. The ornament is very nice.

Kinda cheaply made You get what you pay for it was on sale not what I expected and seems like it will fall apart after a year? We will see?

Order wood instead of ceramic I was excited to give a ceramic ornament with a picture of our two girls to their grandparents for Christmas...until it arrived. Although the preview online looked great and I did expect some bleed, the product that arrived looked really washed out, especially our toddler's face. The back with printed words looked great, but the front was very blurry. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures, and they said it was within their quality control limits. Man, I was too embarrassed to give it as a gift. Luckily they said they'd refund the purchase price, which I was grateful for. I just had to pay shipping. So I darkened the picture and ordered the wood one instead, which turned out much better although a little gray, and a few tiny pieces of paint came off, leaving blank white spots on the photo. But overall I was happy with wood. The ceramic would've been wonderful if it hadn't bled--just be warned that your ceramic ornament might be much blurrier than anticipated.

Polka dot photo I ordered 4 ornaments with photos. One was the polka dot design, but the photo is so dark on it. It did not appear that way when we uploaded and previewed the order. The other 3 were fine and appeared as previewed. Feel like the processing might have gotten messed up on this one. The rest were great.

Holiday ornament quality By Shopper (Covington, WA) - November 19, 2017 I have ordered ornaments for the past 4 years. I love the tradition. In selecting what photo to choose and adding in the snowflakes, or whatever I choose to use to embellish, I find that the quality is not what I hoped. The last project I sent in had the photo a bit fuzzy. Also, since you don't see where the hole will be placed, it is a bit disappointing to have it cut right through my granddaughter's head.

Quality seems to be going down I have been buying these to hang on our tree for my son for 3 years now. For some reason this year the quality of the writing on the back of the ornament was very blurry and not clear. I love these and plan to buy for my son to have a picture of him each christmas from birth to maybe 6 or 7 years. I hope the quality gets back up to what it should be!!

Used to be better The ornaments themselves were as good as they have been the last 6 years. However, I was very disappointed in the little cheap pieces of ribbon at the bottom of the velvet bag,making it easy to be thrown away. You used to have nice stretchy silver elastic hangers. I am glad I didn't have them sent to recipients as I doctored them up. Also, one of my ornaments came in the bubble package with no velvet bag or tie. Charge a buck or two more and bring the product back to the way they were

Blurry :( By Shopper (Wakefield, MA) - December 22, 2016 I've heard great things from my friends about this website. The picture on my ornament is blurry. I uploaded this right from my computer, and the photo came straight from the photographer, so the quality should have been good. I thought, well, the lettering on the back shouldn't be blurry, (in case it was the photo) but it was also blurry. We ordered two, and they were both like this. Probably won't order again. I will say, fast service though

Remember the ribbon hole at the top My ornament was great and arrived very quickly. However, I neglected to realize that the hole for the hanging ribbon was right in the middle of my grandson's head! LOL. I hot glued a Santa hat on his head and now it doesn't look like a bullet hole in his little forehead.

Missing Piece By Shopper (Burlingame, CA) - December 2, 2016 I have been a customer for many years. This is the first year that you are sending out the ornaments with the ribbon in a separate little plastic and you have to tie the ribbon by itself. I always usually buy in bigger quantities and this is a waste of my time that I have to put the ribbon on and tie it myself! The ornament came perfectly that was not the problem! Please go back to the old way of having the ribbon already placed and tied for your ornaments. Thanks!

Be Careful Cropping Your Picture I needed an ornament for my child's team. This worked well with my vertical picture which fit the ornament nicely. The only problem was that the way I had positioned the picture was NOT what I received. The ribbon hole & edges are specified on the personalized ornament online. I positioned my picture so the hole was above the heads of all the people in the picture and everyone was visible. When I received the ornament the hole cut off the heads of many of the people in the picture and others were wrapped around the side. The picture was shifted and I was disappointed with the outcome.
If the picture had been printed where I placed it I would have given this 5 stars! I could have re-ordered and tried again with the picture placed far below the hole and away from the sides but I needed 30 ornaments and at $10 each I wasn't going to risk having the picture shifted again during printing. It is a nice ornament IF the picture is printed in the right position. Watch your picture placement!

Not great quality on the photo I used a picture I took with my phone (don't we all?) and while the quality of the photo isn't terrible, it's rather blurry. I'll still give this as a gift, but it's just not the top quality I usually get from Personalization Mall.

Ornament The quality of the the ornament is excellent. The design choices were beautiful. The actual photo was blurry and poor color, too dark.

Photo darker than expected By Shopper (Olney, MD) - December 7, 2015 The black and white photo ornaments turned out beautifully but several of the color picture ornaments appeared much darker than expected. Either lighten your photos past the point you normally would or go with black & white.

A little blurry By Shopper (SAN DIEGO, CA) - January 6, 2015 I was expecting a really crisp photo, nice and clear, but I was disappointed that it was slightly blurry. The digital copy is very clear, so I don't know why it came out so blurry. Maybe ours was defective. Will Personalization Mall give us a new one? Up to this point, we've been happy with the many purchases we've made from PM. This is our first order with a photo though. Sadly disappointed.

Cute but blurry This ornament is cute but the picture didn't turn out as cute as it really is it's blurry and not as colorful. A little disappointed.

A Bit Disappointed By Shopper (Brandywine, MD) - December 16, 2014 While the ornament appears to be of good quality and the colors are nice, the message is not centered, which makes the ornament appear cheaper than what it is. I sadly bought a second "baby's first Christmas" ornament elsewhere to memorialize the event.

Needs to be a better outline to size pict Needs to be a better outline border when sizing pictures. Picture overtakes the ornament. Also - writing needs to be in dark color - white is too difficult to read. I’ll keep for myself and not give to parents

Each ornament was defective I ordered 2 different ornaments with my babies picture. The first one came with a scratch on his face. The 2nd came with this black mark that ran along his face. Quality is no good.

Blurry! Very disappointed! They are totally blurry. Not the pics we chose for the back but the front with the wording and designs.

Picture was blurry The picture we put on the ornament came back a little blurry (not as crisp as I thought it would). We used this same exact picture on a 11x20 canvas at a different company and the canvas came back sharp in image. I wouldn't order this again if it involved your own picture.
