I ordered this for a dear friend who recently lost her beloved pet after many years. The keychain is beautiful. It arrived quickly and I am very pleased with the quality of work. The only reason I did not give this five stars, is because the keychain arrived in a flimsy plastic case. This metal scratches very easily, and should be in a jewelry box case.

Good quality and arrived quickly.
Suggestion: allow option to add more dog bone charms to keychain when placing order so you can engrave individual names on each charm.

Product came exactly as expected. I would give 5-stars but it took longer than expected for delivery and I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. Pretty sure that was the carriers fault though.

I like it just wish the letters were in black. Show up better
