Excellent quality; the photos and printing are top notch! I have 3 of these and this is my favorite by far!

I selected the heart shape because I could put each Grand Daughter on the same ornament and be able to enjoy on my tree for years to come. The quality of the ornament is excellent and selecting the photo and seeing the preview helped in my picture selection. The ornaments come package with care to ensure they don't break in shipping and arrived before the holidays so we could all enjoy the ornament on the tree. I look forward to adding new ornaments next year.

The picture came out really good on this matte finished ornament. I was worried the 4" would be too big but it looks good and not to heavy.

I ordered this as a last minute gift. I places the order on the 20th of the December some time later at night, (after 10pm) and it was scheduled to be delivered by 8pm on the 24th. To my surprise it was delivered before lunch on the 23rd. The quality of the images not only meet but completely exceeded my expectations. I placed this order on a whim and didn't expect much. But I will definitely be ordering more products and referring my close circle to this company.

Loved this ornanent! One side on our wedding day w/date, another at a wedding w/the present date.

I typically order the glass ornaments, including those with photos; however, this wooden ornament has a rustic appeal and is not breakable, so I thought I would order this as a gift this time around. It’s really beautiful and it’s a great option if you want a personalized photo ornament that is not breakable. As always, the service and quality from Personalization Mall were outstanding. We have purchased this particular item for the past 5 years commemorating a special event we have yearly with our grandchildren.
