Grandparent's First Christmas Personalized Ornament Customer Reviews

I have numerous ornaments from this site, and I have been happy with the quality of what I received and the promptness of delivery. The company was also responsive when I received this ornament and indicated that the blue text of "Grandma" and "Grandpa" was not very crisp and a bit difficult to read. When I received the replacement, it was not much better, so I think it is the ink used on this ornament. I will continue to purchase from this site. I'm just not sure that this ornament meets its standard.

Absolutely adorable! The picture quality is perfect and it is well made . What a great way to cherish each Christmas!

Beautiful

Grandparents loved this!

Bought this for our parents for their first Christmas as grandparents. The first ornament came in incorrect and customer service answered our complaint very quickly ,resolved the issue and had a new ornament to us in a week. Will most def buy more things in the future

Exactly what we ordered. They look great! Can't wait to give them to the Grandparents!

This is a wonderful little keepsake to help mark the year you first become Grandparents. I wish the tree was a bit smaller though to accommodate larger names. No way you could add Grandmommy & Granddaddy. And if that is what you’re called, it won’t fit on this ornament. But overall, it’s a nice keepsake.

We ordered two of these ornaments, one to keep and one to give to our daughter in laws parents, as it is their first Christmas as grandparents too. It turned out beautiful, the colors are clear and bright. I am pleased and will order again in the future.

I ordered these for my daughters grandparents (5 of them) for her first Christmas this year. The quality was great. The pictures came out so clear. I then turned around and bought another one for my daughters uncle! Will definitely use Personalization Mall again!

Bought this for my boss who is a new grandparent this Christmas. The size and detail was perfect. She loved it.

This ornament was just as adorable in person. Of course, our precious grandson's picture made it even more special!!

The quality of the ornament is wonderful. I have bought numerous gifts recently and am so pleased with every item. It was easy to create this ornament and download the photos. I will most definitely order more personalized items in the future.

I like that it is two sided to convey two areas. One that it is their first Christmas as grandparents and two a photo of their grandchild. The writing was legible and it was easy to order with no problems following directions.

This came quickly and was just as pictured.

The ornament is beautiful. The picture of our new baby is as clear as you would hope. We are especially glad we could personalize it for a new Great Grandmother.

I love that this "our 1st" worked for a wonderful keepsake for my business partners ~ the thing i was disappointed in was that for the 2 sided option ~ you could only add a Picture ~ i would have liked to have the same sentiment on BOTH sides.

I am very pleased with our ornament of our 1st grandbaby and our daughter, her momma.

Got this as a gift for my mother in law and it came out perfect

the ornament looked just like it did when i created it online and is very good quality!

Solid porcelain ornament. Love it!

The ornament was beautiful. Good quality and weight. I love that it comes in a small pouch. My daughter is going to love it.

Gorgeous. My husband loved it.

Loved the ornament-quality, quick turn around, price. Love PERSONALIZATION.

It was delivered very fast and the quality was great.

I ordered the matte finish of these ornaments and they came out beautiful!! Packaging was in great condition, ordering was a breeze (we are ethnic so we have our language’s words for grandmother/father so the fact I could change the personalization there was super convenient. Will definitely be shopping here more often!

Well made and beautiful art work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is "granny & pop" is hard to see. Would suggest maybe use hunter green (or color of tree)instead of the lighter/snow color.

I love the product but I got the smaller ornament and it’s hard to read the writing. I think if I would of got the bigger size it would of turned out perfect. The picture on the back looks great.

This was the perfect size and love the wood. I could see all the writing clearly and the picture turned out great!

Cute ornament! Happy with size, seems sturdy.

What a beautiful gift to give so they always have a memory ...it’s elegant and meaningful...perfect

Great gift for those first time grand parents! Perfect!

Looks exactly like the online creation. Good quality unique ornament.

I wanted to give a little something to the grandparents/parents-to-be as a keepsake for my daughter's gender reveal and this was perfect. It was simple and perfect from the saying to the quality.

My cousins loved this ornament I sent them to commemorate the birth of their first grandchild. Quality product. Fast efficient service.
