This is a normal size mug, a bit on the larger size. I wish it was 14 or 16 oz, but that's OK, I saw the description. It fits nice in the hand. This was bought for grandpa, my husband, who is known as "papa." I LOVE it! The names of his 3 grandchildren in paw prints on the back is so sweet.
