It was perfect and got here on time!

I wanted to honor a pet who had recently passed away and this ornament was just right. It looks classy but not too cheesy. It also came promptly and was a good price. One note: If you don't want to fill in the date line I learned later than you can say "none" in the required blank. I didn't know that until after I had placed the order as I didn't want to put in dates because I didn't know the year he was born. So I just put in the year he died but I suggested to the company that they make that clearer. Otherwise, this is a great product.

I got this ornament for my friend, Carol, who had to put down her beloved dog this year. I know she will appreciate the sentiment.

The thicker teardrop ornament is very nice! We hung it on our Xmas tree for our kitty who passed, he loved laying under the tree. Was a special time for him. It shines nicely with the lights!

The quality of this product is fine. I wished the quote might have been smaller so the name of our beloved pet could have been a little bigger. Overall, the product was very good.

Nice but the engraving is hard to see and would have liked the pets name to be bigger and more pronounced.

I love this ornament, but for this price, I would expect it to be perfect. There is a chip, albeit very very tiny on the edge of the ornament. It’s barely noticeable, but it is there.

I would have given this a 5 if you would have allowed us to decide on the verbiage on the ornaments.

Beautiful gift in memory of beloved pet.

The ribbon is a little too thin and keeps slipping off which we are just going to get the thicker ribbon from somewhere local so it is an easy fix. One also has to hold the ornament against something dark or find a good angle to read it but over all it is nice

Priceless memories of my favorite little girl

I bought this glass ornament to memorialize our family pet that we lost this spring. It is delicate and beautiful. There are only 2 things that I questioned-1 I'm hoping the string it comes with can hold the ornament due to it being a heavy peiece. The 2nd thing is- although you can see the words on both sides of the ornament the clarity from the engraving is only from one side. Other than those two small things the ornament is beautiful. I would purchase it again.

I purchase this after our pet passed away last month due to cancer. I'm very happy with my purchase and to have it when in three days after ordering is a nice touch since most company will make you wait at least three to four day you order is even touch and ship out. I will be coming back to this company for more future purchases.

It's a nice item but the printing could be a bit darker so to speak. It's not easy to read unless you look real close. All in all I do like it. The picture you show below does not look like mine the printing is more readable in the picture.
