I ordered this for my BFF and her husband for their 50th Anniversary. It is beautiful! Unfortunately, the timepiece arrived broken, but they immediately shipped a new one directly to my friend.

This product was beyond my expectations. It’s very beautiful and arrived quickly even though I ordered it at a late date it arrived one day after our anniversary. My wife and I both love it.

The heart clock was as pictured. Received it super-fast, engraving was perfect. The only thing that wasn't just perfect was the clock was not installed correctly, looking at the heart at rest the clock was twisted. The number 12 was showing were 1 o-clock should be. I was able to fix it by removing the clock and repositioning it where it was supposed to be. All in all, very beautiful, we love it.

My brother and Sister-in-law were thrilled to receive the beautiful Engraved Heart Clock as a gift for their 55th wedding anniversary. It arrived on time. Thank you, I will definitely purchase again!

My daughter and son-in-law loved the gift! They are in the process of moving and will no doubt find the perfect spot for it. The clock hasn't been set or placed firmly in its spot yet; hoping all will be perfect!

I was very pleased with the clock itself, it is very nice.

The only bad things I experienced were:
1) It would have been nice to have directions on how to activate the battery. I managed to figure it out myself, but it would've been nice to have some direction.
2) The gift box that I ordered came damaged in the one corner. I contacted customer service and asked them to send another box. I was told that they could not send another box, but they would refund the cost of the gift box. That is fine, but I would've rather had an undamaged gift box for which to present the clock to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary.
