Engraved Heart Clock I was very pleased with the clock itself, it is very nice.
The only bad things I experienced were:
1) It would have been nice to have directions on how to activate the battery. I managed to figure it out myself, but it would've been nice to have some direction.
2) The gift box that I ordered came damaged in the one corner. I contacted customer service and asked them to send another box. I was told that they could not send another box, but they would refund the cost of the gift box. That is fine, but I would've rather had an undamaged gift box for which to present the clock to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary.

Happy, but room for improvement. By Shopper (Fort Worth, TX) - February 13, 2025 Overall, my wife really liked it and that's what matters most. Pretty quickly realized that there are 3 ways this could be dramatically improved: [1] I found absolutely no instructions included for the clock, so I had to wing it (we figured it out but simple instructions sure would be nice), [2] We suspected from the picture that the clock would be small and maybe difficult to read, but we definitely under-estimated that (it is ridiculously small, almost unreadable), [3] the bottom line of words on the clock ("Until the end of time") is something I wish we could have changed, but that was not an option. All that said, it's still nice and worth the price (we caught it on sale).

Upside down clock ?? The clock on this product was upside down compared to the layout of the engraving which was beautiful and correct. However, I’m glad we didn’t ship it directly to our friends since the wrong clock position makes the gift less special. It was easy to pull out and adjust. I’m a longtime PM shopper and it’s the details that make your gifts special so please check.

Anniversary gift Was very pleased with the engraving. However, the clock face was cracked. I called customer service and they told me that they will sent me a replacement clock. That made me extremely happy.Awaiting my replacement clock as promised.

Also you should include instructions on how to set the clock. I had to call and then print the instructions. It would of been nice for you to include them.

1st anniversary gift By Shopper (Hanover, PA) - October 6, 2023 I purchased this for my son and daughter-in-law's 1st anniversary. They live in another state so I had it shipped directly to them. Therefore, I did not actually see the clock. I wanted to give it plenty of time to reach them so I ordered two weeks early but it only took a few days to deliver to them! They're waiting to open it.
