 BrokenBy Shopper (Mont Belvieu, TX) - December 5, 2023 One of the feet was broken when I received it. I super glued it back on because there was no time to re-order to have them here for Christmas. Also, the names were at an angle instead of centered.

 Elf ornament I ordered 3 and received all of them except one was broken when I received it. While I'm disappointed, I appreciate the quick response from you when I contacted you. The replacement is shipped the same day I contacted you. Because this is the only incident with broken or damaged merchandise I've experienced, I see that you do guarantee your products. Broken Legged Elves The elf ornament is adorable! I ordered 5. 3 came with the legs snapped off. Very disappointed.
