It's okay, wanted the "h" & "b" in happy birthday capitalized like indicated. Plus the "happy birthday" should have been in middle of jar.

The candle is cute but with the final cost being just under $40.00 it is way too pricey. The font should be bold and the flower brighter. As is it's hard to see unless your very close. That being said, I would give customer service 5 stars for quickly taking care of a "lost in the mail" issue.

With it was just a vanilla scent.

Product quality has really gone down. This jar arrived with wax dripping down the outside of the jar as well as some type of haze. I literally had to clean this gift before I could actually give it as a present. This is the second item I have purchased in recent times from personalization mall and I am deeply saddened in the poor quality.

I’m really disappointed in the engraving. I just received this item today and the name on the front was peeling. the one R in Sherri is barely noticeable due to it scraping off already.

Love it except for the writing. It shows it in BLACK. When I opened it, it’s a sticker in Blue. I like the black writing. Not thrilled with the blue stickers.

Very nice. But so much smaller than I expected.

This was a gift for my mom for her 82nd birthday. She loves the personalization with her name and date of birth, birth flower and also the message on the back. It doesn't say anywhere what the scent is so she doesn't want to burn it, I guess my dad has some allergies. But she's in love with the jar itself.

Not impressive, we buy every gift from this website, and have always been satisfied. But this one is a bit on the cheap looking side. I would not order again.

I received 2 candles one is perfect the other is Misaligned on the jar and has a bubble that is more than half of the jar, plus the year is wrong. I haven't been able to figure out how to request a return.
