These cups, as with all products I’ve ordered from Personalization Mall, are high quality. The colors are bright, its a great size, and the service was very fast. And everyone loves to see their name on their own cup.

Nicer than I expected, beautiful great gift ??

At this point, I have ordered 10 times of which 9 orders came in perfect. The 10th one had 1 defect. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours they offered to replace it and ship it at no cost. Product, price, service, all five stars..

I just love these personalized coffee mugs so much! I bought a few (like 10!) last year for me, family and friends. I bought 5 more this year and just ordered another one too. Such a great personal gift for grandparents and parents. My friends are so surprised and touched when they open them. Now I’m buying the grandkids their own mugs for hot cocoa. Price was awesome and thrilled they are safe in the microwave and dishwasher. I’m sure I’ll be purchasing a few more.

The product was as advertised. It shipped quickly. My only gripe is I had items missing from my order. I reached out to customer service right away, and they were great at making it right. I had my missi items within a couple of days.

I took advantage of Personalization Mall’s Christmas sale on these mugs. They arrived promptly, and are so cute. I plan to fill the mugs with cocoa packets and candy cane spoons to give for gifts.

These cups make such an affordable cute gift. I do not know how many of these cups I have bought over the last couple years for my grandkids, great neices, nephews and students. Pair them with some hot chocolate and a couple candy canes and the kids LOVE them

I was so happy when I opened the box, my sister in law is always forgetting where she sat her cup down at family gatherings. So now she has her own cup.

I got these a few years ago for 2 of my older nephews and when the third became old enough, he called me “demanding” one lol. These are a huge hit with them!!

They are the perfect personalized gifts, I brought 12 cups no 13 I have another one on the way. I know that my family will love them when I give them out at our annual family Christmas brunch.
