Customer service at Personalization Mall is extraordinary and this shelf sitter is adorable. It is exactly as pictured. The colors are bright and the item is heavy enough to be stable without leaning on anything. The back is colorful so it can be displayed on an open shelf. Suggestion to Personalization Mall: Please consider using UPS instead of Federal Express. The item was delivered one week later than Fed Ex showed on its tracking system. (No fault of Personalization Mall.)

I got this for my husband. It took him awhile to realize it was all the grandkids (including the newest addition). He loved it. It arrived quickly and exactly as previewed and described.

This was a great present for my mom. Put the names of all her grandchildren on it. Well made and the personalization was very nice. It was nicely packaged in styrofoam within its own box so it was well protected for shipping.
