Family Christmas Gifts I love the ornaments that I purchased, but 2 of the first 5 ordered
were the wrong color. All 5 were supposed to be the Red Maple, but 2 of them were brownish (Order#881470025 which included names of Joe/Rebecca/Haleigh/Taylor/Nate/Mackenzie and Steve/Kate/Colton/Jayden/Callan/Nash). Other than that, the names came out perfect.
I hope that the 6th ornament I purchased separately is the correct Red Maple color--#881474339

Most good, some bad I ordered several of these ornaments and although they are all absolutely adorable & custom, I am upset about the color on the red one. Maybe from the engraving, but the color on the belly part of the snowman appears dark in parts that makes it hard to read the names in that section. White & brown are PERFECT though! Would order more.

Repeating Name Snowman Ornament Cute! Wish I had picked a different color as the red is ‘washed’ on the wood and not exceptionally dark. The names don’t pop or aren’t as crisp as I would like!

Snowman Please do not purchase the gift box. It’s a complete waste of money. I thought it was a packaging box. It’s a joke and they should be ashamed for selling you it. The ornament itself is decent. I’d purchase it again. The little pouch it comes in is great. The special message is on a label with a barcode stuck to the front of a thin bent up gift box that is unusable. I gave this a four star because the ornament is good but the gift box is terrible.

 Cute ornament but smaller than I thought by the pictureThe ornament is cute and well done but smaller than it looks in the sale ad. Also, the cutout at the top to hang it by was broken so had to "superglue" it to use the hanging ribbon.

Snowman personalized wood ornament I order ornaments every year from personalization mall and I'm always satisfied. Everything comes out perfect.. This year I'm abit disappointed in how small the ornament is. Besides the size it is beautiful.

Drum line gift I gave this only 3 stars for 2 reasons.It says "up to" 35 names. I put in 16 and the review item had the names repeating.It took a bit of time coming up with words & numbers related to our group. "Up to"35 means you should be able to stop at any number The second reason was when I took it out, I was surprised to see the hat and scarf with no color. Again, more time spent adding red glitter paint so it wouldn't look so washed out. The brown hat and scarf looked awful. The item was liked by all

Broken snowman I ordered 4 of these for 4 different families. 3 of the 4 were perfect but the 4th was completely broken in half

Snowman Red Wood Ornament I ordered four ornaments for gifts. Two are perfect! Sadly, the other two are not. The bottom part of these two snowmen are dark, and you can hardly read the names. First time ever I was disappointed.

Stain smeared badly on red maple ones. By Shopper (Crossville, TN) - November 22, 2023 The stain on the red maple ornaments are smeared badly. You can barely see the names where the color is smeared through. I do not recommend the red maple. The other stains turned out beautifully.
