Excellent Product and Excellent+ Service I bought this clock as a 25th Anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law in New Jersey - I live in Toronto. She was very happy with the high-quality product and sent me a picture in which I noticed a small flaw. I brought it to the attention of Personalization Mall and their response was immediate. They replaced the clock and did not want the already shipped clock to be returned. I was so impressed at this great service and my daughter thought their service to be awesome.
I will be shopping online with this company again as I am so impressed with their promptness and excellent service.
