Great site options, great price, great customer service. Bought this beautiful clock for my parents 50th anniversary and they lived it. The turn around time was unbelievable, it was at my home within a couple of days.

The response to my order was immediate, and delivery rapid and on time.
Will use again.

We were quite pleased with the anniversary clock appearance and quality. We bought it for our friends of 50 years and haven't given it to them yet to get their reaction. We ordered it early in case it wasn't the quality we were hoping for but it was. Would order again.

The clock arrived on the day promised. The couple loved receiving it as a personal reminder of their special day.

Easy to order; arrived on time; but did not generate enthusiastic response, perhaps because the inscription is faint and illegible without a very dark background.

This clock iswonderful. The weight is great and it looks more expensive than the actual price would lead you to be;ieve. My only negative comment is that the engraving color should match the anniversary year. so the 50th anniversary should be etched in gold, not silver. Other than that, this is a wonderful product that I will reccomend to others. I will also look to your site for other gift ideas.

This clock is very simple but attractive. It will be a nice remembrance for the anniversary couple. I'm amazed that it arrived unscathed considering the poor packaging. The box was crumpled, etc. The clock must be sturdy. Prompt fulfillment of the order was a real plus.

It was for my parents and they could not find any instructions on installing battery. They took it to a clock/ watch repair shop

I was pleased and satisfied by the engraving on the Anniversary Clock. The quality of the clock was exactly as pictured when I placed my order. When received, the mechanism of the clock was not working. However, when I called Customer Service, they were very accommodating and sensitive to the fact that this was a gift being delivered directly to my parents. They were efficient and polite in making sure that a replacement mechanism arrived in a timely manner. Issue resolved - hassle free. Customer Service Department is excellent. Thank you.

This item looks very classy as a gift. I ordered it for an anniversary and I was surprised that it looked so elegant. The whole item is smaller than I thought and the actual clock is not the large one in the picture but a much smaller one, which is why I did not give 5 stars.

Inscription does not show up very well but quality is good and delivery is fast as usual!

The item go here intact, quickly and was ingraved beautifully. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated but over all very nice. I was a bit confused about the delivery having paid for what I thought was UPS and the UPS dropped it off to be delivered by the local post office.

Product is nice, engraving as well but be sure to look at size of clock because it isn't as big as I envisioned. This is at least the 4th engraved gift I have purchased and I have been pleased with all items and timely delivery.

Nice gift for not a lot of money. We ordered this as a gift to family member and it arrived as described, was quite surprised. Only bad thing was one of the hands on the clock was bent so clock would not work. I was able to disassemble and fix the bent hand. Other wise satisfied.

Fast service. Nice quality. Etching makes the gift so much more personal. Clock face was lose when it arrived. Hopefully, this was just caused by shipping.

I was very impressed with this purchase. The beveled glass is of high quality with a very nice weight to it. The engraving is expertly executed and very stylish.

Ordered for our son and daughter in law. The clock is beautiful but when we tried to put the battery in, the hands on the clock came off. Called immediately and a new clock was sent very quickly with no questions asked. Clock works fine now. Great service!

I ordered for a friend's 50th anniversary. Smaller than we'd expected and not quite the "wow factor" we'd hoped for, but overall a pretty nice gift.

The engraving is hard to see/read, thus taking away from the expressed reason for having a gift engraved. It is a clock that is acceptable if you need an inexpensive gift that looks nice.

Pleased with the appearance of the clock. I was a little concerned as it was priced so reasonably. Did have an issue with putting the batteries in place, found one location easily, but the other was not obvious (perhaps I am just technically challenged). I was happy with the purchase.

The engraving quality is perfect! The weighty beveled glass base (made in China) was without production flaws, a true surprise(unlike some reviews I read). The plastic gold clock insert (made in USA) had minor flaws if studied extremely well. I called Customer Service and they shipped out a replacement clock insert within 4 days of inquiry. They did not require me to package and return original clock insert which was a nice convience. The replacement came in fine order without flaws. It is easy to pop in the glass base. I'm exceptionally pleased with the service,and very much with the product. However, when the website said, "Made in USA", it was the primary reason for my selection, so I was somewhat disappointed that only the clock insert was USA made. Overall, the entire clock quality is no better or no worse than a shelf product in a retail store.Partly made in USA is a bonus to me.The service is excellent, expediant and the price of the product very reasonable comparative to retail.

We ordered this for our sister and brother-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary for June 25th. I explained to the customer service representive how desperate I was that I really liked the clock and especially the engraving as that makes it so personal for them. She was so nice and friendly and reassured me that it would be at my house on June 17th. Took the chance and ordered it on Tuesday, June 14th planning on leaving for Colorado, June 18th. I started tracking it the next day and it kept me informed as to where it was each day. And come early afternoon today it was on my front porch ready for me to receive. Awesome!
The clock is beautiful and I am quite sure that they will love the professional engraving. The only thing wrong is that the little hands had come appart so I got my handy little screwdiver out and fixed them.
All in all I am very impressed and thanks for saving me a trip to the city to shop.

Although this purchase was a gift, it was received with great pleasure. We really cannot put a true rating on it because it was a gift, but all in all it arrived in a timely manner and in great shape.

This clock is of great quality, the only concern i have is the quality of the etching, at this point i am not sure if it will fade/wear over time. Will have to see.

Looks nice but the small knob to set the time falls off easily. Not the easiest to set the time. The adjustment screw kept falling off, it’s very tiny. Has an alarm clock, which is totally unnecessary.

The anniversary clock ordered is very pretty. The engraving is really nice. The back where you put the battery in and the face of it was off centered so I tried to turn it a little bit but I didn’t want to forcefully do anymore so I wouldn’t break the seal. I got it turned enough to where it’s almost straight but I don’t want to chance it anymore. Overall, the clock is really pretty. They will be happy with it. They might not notice, but I still do.

This is a beautiful clock. It was nicer than any of the other personalized clocks I could find in my budget. I would have given it 5 stars if the quality control was decent. I ordered this with expedited shipping for a friend's wedding anniversary party. The first one came early, but it was broken. They rush shipped a second one, but the clock was not straight and one of the screws to loosen it for adjustment was stripped. They rush shipped a 3rd one, which was perfect and arrived a few hours before we had to leave for the party. I almost had to show up with no gift.

I ordered this for my anniversary as a gift for my wife. The package was delivered to my neighbor. No one would handle the situation and I had to awkwardly as for it back from my neighbor. They denied having it and eventually dropped it off on my porch in the middle of the night. Already opened with finger prints all of it, the card was gone, and it was late for my anniversary. Very disappointed.

Could read the date on the product preview, couldn't read it on the product. Too small. Called was told nothing could be done since I approved the preview.

The clock was put together backwards. Luckily my husband was able to take it apart and reassemble before we needed it to celebrate my in-laws anniversary. It was a nice gift, but really?? No one noticed it was backwards!

The clock was very pretty and my parents were thrilled with it.The only problem was that one of the hands on the clock was off when it arrived. We were able to fix it, but are unsure how long it will last. We do hope this will continue to last as it is a nice clock and reminder.
